Aerate, dethatch, and start a balanced pre-emergent program. Mowing height: 3.5".
Spring ChecklistRaise mowing height to 4". Deep-water in early morning. Spot-treat broadleaf weeds only.
Summer ChecklistOverseed thin areas. Final aeration. Drop mowing height by 0.5" weekly toward winter rest.
Fall ChecklistCleanups, dormant pruning, gutter detail, and equipment prep. Last fertilizer mid-Nov.
